Banjo
Alfonse

the beautiful outdoor living room that looks like it belongs in an anthropologie catalog
also a very nice area to read a book in the afternoon

walking Banjo and Binky with Shelby
somewhere out there in the haze are the Pyranees
Shelby and I were both pleased with our new beautifully rustic accommodation.
Jamie and Suzie live in a 200 year old house in the French countryside where they run an artist retreat/ bed and breakfast.
we helped Suzie with bits and bobs around the house and garden, and even got to take part in some of the art lessons that Jamie taught.

With a bottle of semi-fermented wine to tide us over,
Shelby and I leave the vineyard and head towards Marciac for our next adventure.
my last weekend on the vineyard

Marge may only have 3 legs but she has plenty of love to make up for it.
she was by far my favorite of the 5 cats on Chateau Bonte

Shelby picking wild mint for mojitos

even though we had an early rise of 5am for the vendage,
Andrew and Shelby and I decided to make use of the remaining daylight and summery weather.
Bordeaux:
